its 100 profession specific skills, your saying only 10 per class. this changes every thing and dont forget anet can give them monster specific skills also.

There are already some dual-profession enemies in Prophecies, and maybe elsewhere, just in case you weren't aware.

You are also forgetting that enemies also get skills that players can't use either.
I do think they will get skills from all the chapters though.

I'm guessing Monsters will get to use skills from the previous 3 games aswell as the 100 skills given. And yes there are a few duel professioned monsters in the game so far.

Yes... Trolls that use Troll Unguent as W/R... that really counts.
We can only hope... just as long as they don't get Res Signets... i'm not fighting a 5 minute long battle with every single mob because they keep chain ressing... its tedious.

Its 150 new skills total of which 50 are PvE only. Not 100 per profession.
It is also inefficient for Anet to be wasting time making monster only skills when they have hundreds of perfectly good ones from old campaigns that they can use.

Yes, Jungle Trolls, and perhaps the Doppleganger. I think you are missing the point though.

Indeed, the attribute buffing in hard mode is just plain dumb in some instances. Just to take 1 example:
Acolyte of Grenth,
Reduced Condition Duration,
Reduced Hex Duration,
400dmg AoE enchant stripping attack.
Sure its beatable( I used an enchant stack on koss with Aegis+Guardian on top), but thats not really a test of skill, its just dumb.
In the case of regular mobs, it can actually be quite nice. I agree though, it would be nice to see some decent skillbars and complimentary skills in mobs.

They've already said that the Charr will be dual-professioned to make them seem more like intelligent beings like humans.

I lol'd.
Anyways, I don't think that Monsters in GW:EN will have our PvE only skills...of course they won't.
They will have old (and new) monster skills, as well as multiple professions at times.
It is also know that armor breaking will be a new effect to come with GW:EN. My guess is that monsters will have new armor breaking monster skills (lol).
100 new skills, 50 which are PvE only and I assume those 50 won't be used by monsters at all (we never see monsters using Never Rampage Alone do we?) its really nothing to worry about.

Armor breaking? why, just doesnt seem like it will add anything else to the game than just an annoyance. Its along the same lines with Rangers having limited arrows.

It's called Cracked Armor, and its a condition.
If that didn't clear things up, I don't know what will.

Well I didn't invent it... (coughanetcough).
I'm guessing armor breaking will be a new condition that is like -20ish armor away from you. It will be annoying yes...but perhaps it will be a condition applied when a roof or rock falls on you in tunnels, just an idea.

It IS a condition. Anet wouldn't put armor degeneration into the game when it has a 2+ year basis of gameplay without it. Horrible idea there. A condition, however, fits.

I'm sure i read somewhere that Cracked Armour was related to the main 'baddies' of GWEN or somet that need there armour to be cracked so they take additional damage.

It's on the PvP/PvE skills, not the PvE only skills.
I don't expect much from the use of a secondary profession for enemies. Don't you remember when ArenaNet said the enemies in Hard Mode would have "advanced skill builds?" Right.
